1. Who we are

Feeduix ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered design feedback tool operated as a solo product. Our website is feeduix.com. For privacy questions, contact the builder at nasrullohfath.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: Email address and name collected via Clerk authentication at sign-up.
URLs you submit: The website URLs you submit for analysis are stored alongside your report.
Uploaded images: Screenshots you upload are processed by our AI and are not stored permanently in our database (they are discarded after analysis).
AI-generated reports: The analysis results (scores, feedback, heatmap data) are stored in our database and linked to your account.
Usage data: Credit usage and analysis count are stored per account for the purposes of the monthly credit system.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect payment information (no paid plans currently exist).
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
We do not store the full content of websites you submit beyond what is needed for the analysis.

4. How we use your data

To authenticate you and maintain your account.
To generate AI-powered design feedback on the content you submit.
To display your analysis history in your dashboard.
To enforce the monthly credit limit (5 free analyses per 30 days).
To monitor service health and detect abuse.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy:

Clerk — Authentication and user management. clerk.com/privacy

Google Gemini API — AI analysis engine. Content you submit is processed by Google's API. policies.google.com/privacy
Microlink — Website screenshot capture. microlink.io/privacy

Sentry — Error monitoring. sentry.io/privacy

6. Data retention

Your reports are stored indefinitely until you delete your account.
If you delete your account, all associated reports and profile data are permanently deleted (CASCADE delete).
You may request deletion by contacting the builder at nasrullohfath.com.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict processing.
Data portability.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (set by Clerk). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted secrets, restricted database access, error monitoring, and uptime monitoring. While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of Feeduix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
