By accessing or using Feeduix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Feeduix is an indie product operated by Nasrulloh Fath.

2. Description of Service

Feeduix is an AI-powered design feedback tool. It analyzes websites, landing pages, and other visual content submitted by users and provides automated, AI-generated feedback on design quality, usability, and user experience. The Service is provided "as-is" on a credit-based system.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:
  • Submitting URLs or content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's API or infrastructure.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits.
  • Using the Service for automated or bulk analysis without prior written permission.
  • Uploading malicious files or content intended to disrupt the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Free Tier

  • New accounts receive a set number of free credits to use the Service.
  • Credits are consumed per analysis and are non-refundable once an analysis has been successfully generated.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the free credit allowance at any time.
  • Any future paid credit system will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All feedback and reports generated by Feeduix are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional design, marketing, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the output of the Service. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the analysis for any specific purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain all rights to the URLs, images, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Feeduix a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service.
  • Our content: The Feeduix name, logo, interface, and underlying software are the property of the operator and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • AI-generated reports: Reports generated for you are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feeduix and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Feeduix running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

9. Third-Party Services

Feeduix relies on third-party services (Clerk, Neon, Google Gemini, Microlink, Vercel, Sentry). Your use of Feeduix is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these providers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data handling will follow the process described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of Feeduix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
